We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at emma.ehret1@gmail.com. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within the first 48 hours of purchase.

Damages and issues

***IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED***

In the rare chance that your item arrives damaged, please take pictures of your item and the packaging and send them to me ASAP. Please do not wait to send me the pictures as there is a time window with the USPS that I can file claims. I will happily refund your money as soon as I see proof of the damage.
